lol, i tried i dont think that ip is correct, it doesnt work for me in ie and i always use mozilla, doesnt work in either, and typing in the ip brings an admistrative page. heh. Josh.

EDIT: It does work, mozilla treats www.doomportables.org different from doomportables.org
Thanks for the tip man! Josh.

So does IE.

Use this:
Add to the file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Code: Select all

207.44.244.60 doomportables.org www.doomportables.org
That forces the browser to go to the IP with the input URL. With the one I posted, you can do it without www.

So take that "foo".

That's because that IP hosts around 250 virtual servers, including PoD and gannon.tk. Only the dns entry specifies which site to go to on that server.

for N64 video on the Game gear screen (or from anything for that matter) you need a TV tuner. Not only that, but you need an original Game Gear, not a Majesco one (I think that the sega ones have the red green and blue circles in the upper right, not gray, but it could be the other way around)

you'd probably be better off gettting a PSOne lcd or pocket tv.

Browse system files for a host file or similar.
