1. does anyone know anything about the use of a gamegear screen for n64? because game gear screens accept rgb signals, and also can be had for less than $20.

2. any good ideas for cases?

!. Posted thousands of times. It does work. I would tell you to go to doomportables but its not up. Use search.
2. Project box from radioshack or wood.

doomportables does work.
goto C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc
Open up hosts In Notepad and paste this to the bottom:

207.44.244.60 www.doomportables.org

NO YOU DO NOT NEED 3 SECTIONS OF CODE IN HOSTS

then type in your browser www.doomportables.org

enjoy. THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE STICKIED.

you can go to doomportables.freeserverhost.net but that one has not been updated for months, doomportables.org has.

i have a gamegear in my hands, i have a n64 in my closet.
i have 40 n64 carts, 7 controllers, and 3 R.C. cars. i want to use a gamegear as a case, but it may be too small. im thinking about making a case out of legos.

can i do it?

Overall: Dont even bother if you are gonna make a PSp or higher since The vid screen wont show as well as an LCD for all the work. Second DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE GG SCREEN sell it on ebay and then save your money for an LCD a lot better.

I got the Intec screenpad (a lot like the hipgear screen) for less than $20 USD. A Game Gear, unmodified, would probably go for about that on ebay.
The screenpad has mugh better clarity and resolution.
