(ZCP) Is this part on my gc mobo really needed?

hay guys,
um i have a question im worried about.

i looked at my gc mobo recently and i noticed where the av connector is with is removed for the wires to be plugged in, but the connector next to it, the top right one

do i really need this part for something or can i remove it.

You can remove it.

thanx for the help guys, but i made a mistake, the av connector i'll remove and connect the wires it for, but i meant the digital connetoer, the top left not right, the right next to the power connetors is the av.
anyways, is the digital connector needed, not really, for video/audio the av is used.

oh and when the pcb from the av cable is soldered with the vasible restitor, do i wire the whole thing or trim it down?
kasar said something about when soldering the vasible restitor, he said about cut the cable, but im cofused from where to cut?
