Howdy do.
A guy over here asked me to case mod his Dreamcast, and I'm currently working on it. I'm using pieces of polystyrene to form a shell over the DC. I'm done with that part, and I'm going to bondo the gaps and tidy it up. I will be painting it as well. Here's what I've done so far:

I used pieces of insulating foam to help make it rigid. It worked surprisingly well.
I've been doing some epoxy work on the edges, I have to work slow because I cant do every edge at once or it will get screwed up. THIS EPOXY IS PURELY STRUCTURAL. I plan on putting bondo over this and making it look neat.
what kind of sd kard loader are you using as far as hardware? did you go with the already made kind, or did u make your own? just wondering kuz i made one that i saw on youtube, but it looks too simple to work....

Just on the inside of the system, and rewired to be front loading on the Dreamcast instead of sticking out the back.
