i take it you looked at the picture at the top?
well I have completely redone the cooling so it is small enough to fit inside the case, i have done as follows:
3x35mm 12v fans at the rear connected to motherboard fan controller that blow air out the back
2x redwings 60mm fans ontop of the gpu heatsink that are constantly on at 12 (but they are very quiet but push a lot of air down)
This keeps the gpu at a max of 31C (the new jasper chip)
For the CPU
I have cut down the original heatsink to fit inside the case and added a emachines d620 5V fan that blows air across it. The fan is very powerful, and keeps the cpu below 38C, the fan is also very loud
I also just had an idea - I could hook up the cpu fan with the 3x 35mm fans at the rear, and as the 5V fan can take upto 7v(although it gets loud), the fan port will only produce about 5v with these temperatures, so I am going to first measure the voltages and then try the cpu fan with it...
