Help with NOACs.

My NES top loder is dead, so now I have a nice shell that I would like to put a NOAC in.
Before I go out and buy one I'm trying to make a list of what needs to be done. The one thing I can't find any thing on on is how to dump this 60 pin for a 72. I know this has been done but I can't find any thing on how it was done.
