I've got one. I'd probably only sell it with the mouse pad and Mario Paint, since those two things are useless without the mouse.

I have the booklet for the game too. And yeah, I don't really want to separate them since they're useless without each other. But it seems just the game + a mouse that is all yellowed runs like $15-$20 on eBay.
