Hey guys.
As you probably know, the 3.5 inch car monitors don't have amps in them and the only way to have audio is to either build an amp or make one.
Many of you know of the popular lm386 amp you can build. It's great in terms of price but sucks at producing any good audio.
There are also a large selection of premade amps, but they cost around 20 to 30 dollars.
After searching for months I've found a small, low cost, low voltage amp that costs less than a bread board.
Although like the other amps it has a problem too, which is....
IT'S IN A HELLO KITTY CASE

What were they thinking when they put a decent amp in a hello kitty case?
Although when I think about it, it does seem kinda cool how you have to kill hello kitty in order to get the amp.
Anyway moving away from the hello kitty side of the item.

It's a pretty small amp.

'It's also stereo, all it needs is a duel gang pot and it's good to go (looks at shockslayer).
It also producers pretty good sound, which for 5 AUD I wasn't expecting.

All in all it's a pretty decent amp if you can get over the hello kitty side of it.
