Interested in buying a portable Xbox 360?

I'm posting this because I know I've wanted a portable Xbox 360 since I Ben Heck debuted his first one, but I knew I could never get my hands
on one through him basically because I couldn't spend 5k for an xbox. But I recently came across this page (link at the bottom) and found out I will soon have the chance to own one.

Of course everyone who sees these portable Xbox 360 that Ben has created falls in love and wants one.
Well unfortunately Ben Heck does not have enough time to make everyone a customized portable as he has said before,
or maybe you just don't have 5k to drop on a game system.

So here is the alternative!

I wouldn't trust that site. They don't have any proof that they can actually make one. So I hope you don't send them any money.

Also there are people on this site that will make you one for around a $1000 or so. Ask zenloc or low budget and Rekarp is looking for someone to commission his wooden 360 laptop for $3500.

I'm currently making one with a jtagged console and might have it up for sale when it's done. Check the news section in a few weeks or so. I'm just waiting on my sceen to come in.

I understand your initial concern about the site and group of people. But I actually was in a robotics lap class with one of the guys doing that,
which is how I found out about it. I've seen plenty of things this guy has made so I would trust the group of guys to do what they say they are
going to do. As far as trusting the website kickstarter, well just do some research. It has become an extremely popular funding source for
projects from all over, and something that might make you trust it a bit more is that no money is actually taken from anyone who pledges
until the project is successfully funded. And at that point they have to keep there word about rewards that they are giving out etc.
I just figured I'd post this somewhere for them where people have a genuine interest, and I wish I had money to help out...but going to
the university of michigan has put me in the negetives so the only kind of support I can show them is spreading the word.
