But my batteries arent working, im trying to figure this out. They are wired correctly, and i have tried two pcbs but they will not charge or output.

Have you tried testing your batteries/pcb with one of these?

they are HIGHly recommended for this sort of work

..he's right though, if you don't have a multimeter you need to get one, like, now. it sounds as if your PCB has been tripped and you need to reset it. The batteries I was using seemed to do this when you completely remove the PCB from the batteries
