A/V Wiring question. Extra connections

Ok. As we speak I understand the full power part of my N64 portable. I am basiclly sitting with a N64 hooked up to a normal tv running on batteries. What I can't understand it the wiring for the AV. I know all the pin-outs and what is what. But then I get lost. I have 12 connections and every guide, video, picture, shows 3-5 of those wires hooked up. What about the rest? I also have my PS-one screen ready to go. So what wires do I need to use? I keep playing with it and im getting nowhere.

The nintendo a/v connector is designed for composite, s-video, L/R audio, and RGB. There are also >1 grounds.
You only need 4 connections for composite video (composite, L/R, ground)

So depending on what I am hooking it up as, I use different pins. Thanks-a-ton. You totally get a thumbs up.

Also, the pins are labeled right on PCB arent they? you prob want R L and C or something like that.
