Amazon says they are unavalible. Does anyone know of another place to get them?

Has anybody had any luck finding a place to get these in North America?

I would love to get my freakishly small hands on a few of these!

I'll pay $40 if anyone can find one of these in North America... They're insanely hard to find!

I've googled this best I can, but all I am getting is either links to Amazon, or the GC version.

Even eBay is coming up dry.

I think the next step is to contact Hori directly.

Additional:
Here are links to the product pages from Hori. There's a really nice rainbow of them!

you could probably just take a gamecube controller, cut off the connector on it and solder on one for a n64. The n64 controller has all the same buttons as a gamecube one (cept x & y) so if it was done right, it would probably work.

no i dont think so, they would probably export different codes for the pressed buttons, xbox to pc is easy because same interface, 54 to gamecube might be impossible, i dont know if any one knows what they use to send data on each one. Josh.

If all you want is the stick, I have posted instructions for adapting it, somewhere here. I'm pretty sure that I've also seen a few other members post instructions too.

I seem to remember seeing these. I've also seen REALLY REALLY tiny PS1 controllers (like, teeny teeny tiny!)
Actually, those were Hori too. Though there's one for Dance Summit 2001 that is pretty small and extremely cheap (like, a buck).
I'll keep an eye out. Probably wouldn't come cheap though.

I'd certainly be interested in the N64 pads if anyone does find a place selling them.
