Hori PS3 screen attachment

I've been on the research stage to build a PS3 laptop for some time now (it's how I found this forum), but recently I came across this little device http://techtickerblog.com/2010/04/06/ho ... ch-hd-lcd/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Now, before I start butchering my old X200 Toshiba and PS3 slim, I was wondering if anyone could offer some further info on this device by Hori. Would it be possible to attach a bigger LCD screen to it, perhaps? 11 inches is a tad bloody small, and this could be a much cheaper alternative to making a portable PS3 instead of fully laptoping it.
