Okay guys im now posting all my questions now and in a few hour i will post some pictures:

Which should i use, TI PTH08000 or TI PTH08080?

Whats all the like W's and WAZ's mean after the PTH's? and does it matter?

What types of wires should i use for different things?

What batteries should i use, and how many?

How do i wire the battery to charge? (show some pics of my stuff later, because screen is a little different)

Will add questions later, Thanks Guys!

Just use the PTH08000. The letters after don't matter.

Battery info.

http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=34576" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You need the section for 7.4v.

Ide wire for cart slot, audio/video, controller.
22 gauge stranded for power.

I have 18 gauge wire, and what do you mean stranded?

How many of those batteries should I get?

Also new question; how do you guys separate the boards from eachother in the case?

Thanks hailrazer, that helped a lot!

EDIT:
How do you guys desolder? And whers a nice guide for soldering? I'm like okay at soldering, but I'm horrible at desoldering, should I get one of those suckering things?

P.S. My mom is suspicous of the Texas instruments site, because they call their sample things the sample system or whatever, and what do I put as the company info and stuff?
