Will 3 of these in parallel at 11.1v be enough to power a gamecube? If so how long do you think it will last?

Thats good then I have been seeing these batteries around the forum but didn't know how long they would really last. I have another question. I have the gamecube battery pack and have taken the battery out, now I have noticed that they are not that big if I split then up and re-allocate then. They go for about £4 now on ebay. I don't know the exact amps but I have to say they are about 4000mah - 4700mah because they state you can get 2 hours out of them (depending on the screen). The question is, will I get a 12v battery at the same power any smaller, or for £4 is it a good idea to stick with them? I mean a 12v 8000mah battery will cost about £70, and if I buy 2 of the gamecube battery packs (should be about 8ah)it's only going to cost £8. Can you get a 12v battery significantly smaller that it is worth paying £70? And before I forget, the battery in the gamecube battery pack is 10 C batteries if it helps.

Those batteries are complete and total garbage. With a Gamecube and a Psone screen they will last around an hour. And they only have a shelf life of a few years so most likely they will stop charging almost as soon as you start using them. Pass on them.

I suppose that's what you get for £4, I'll go for the original batteries stated. Thanks

Would this battery be any good? I would probably get 2.

Also a quick question, could you get a laptop battery and strip it down and use it in a portable?
