Label Scratching on a Bluray

Ok, I am wigging out right now. I just got Heavy rain on the PS3 and I noticed some stickyness on the label near the center hole. In trying to remove it, my thumb caught on it and scratched off part of the label near the hole, where on the underside the PS3 logo is shown. Is my disc fine or do I have to replace it?

Well, you could always try it in the console. You know.

Can you see through the disc? If you damaged the disc, where the shiny should be, there will be a noticeable spot where you can look through it. The disc is screwed. If you are talking about the sport around the spindle where its supposed to be transparent, you're fine.

Looks fine to me; it's not peeled off all the way (can't see through the disc).

There isn't any data there anyway. Why didn't you just TEST it?

The disc is fine as long as none of the label outside that shiny ring with the bar code in it has been scratched away.
