rare screen question

rare screen question

i have a 5.6 "" Audiovox screen i would like to use for a portable but the screen is actually too bright, usually the problem is that a screen is too dark..is there a way to make it darker by increasing the resistance for the brightness pot...any thoughts

you could try lowering the voltage. but, most likely, adding a couple medium resistors on the out line of the brightness pot will solve the issue. :wink:
