You can just steal the frontlight from a SP and put it in a GBA.

Thx man, I' ve read it before and I'm so exited. I'm prefer the design of GBC and GBA original. By the way, I hate fold style of GBA SP. What if I put the motherboard and the screen of GBASP and put it into GBC case ?

That would work. and it shouldnt be too hard. if you work on it good enough you might be able to add it to the afternoon projects thread
