Help w/ NESp

Post by MasterGamer »

Ok. I have finished my portable hand-built NES. I doesn't work, even after I followed all of the testing steps and stuff. The screen lights up, doesn't blink or anything, but there is no Super Mario Bros. I cleaned the connecter like 5 times. Any tips?

Sounds like a bad cartridge. Did you try a different game?

I cleaned the game, and it worked before my NES was ripped apart. But maybe.

try hooking up the NES to a TV...if it works on the TV, then you'll know there's a problem with a connection to the screen.....other than that, just check all your connections and components....
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I already know the screen is working fine. There is something wrong with the connection to the NES.

He didn't say a problem with the screen, he said between the screen and NES.

That is what I meant. i looked over the wiring several times. I probably missed something when I was wiring it.
