Legal: I'll take medicine if the doctor says I absolutely need them. IIRC all I've only ever needed a prescription for shingles.

Illegal: I've been on weed twice, didn't really enjoy it; It did not end up making me feel any better than how I would feel normally. I did mushrooms once, but by the time they kicked in I was in a bad mood and was trying to go to bed = bad trip. I'll never touch tobacco, even a brief whiff of it makes me feel sick. I trust my taste-buds when it comes to alcohol, it tastes absolutely horrible, so I doubt I'll ever drink much, if ever.

Legal; I tend to avoid even taking over-the-counter. Only when I feel terrible will I take stuff like cough medicine, Excedrin, Tylenol, ect. Besides I like cough drops better when I have a sore throat, they taste better and seem to work better.
As for persribed, I usually take that as needed. Unless it's an anti-biotic then yeah every day or whatever. I have taken Proproxy a simple pain killer, after gallbladder surgery, but I didn't even need to take the whole 40 pills.
I used to drink (at legal age), but it's not really something I like much and really the few times I got drunk I don't like what I did. So yeah no drinking anymore.

Illegal; Weed... tried it, never got high.
Tobacco, I've smoke half a cigarette at most and didn't like it. I don't get too bothered by second hand, but it's not great for you either.
Never tried anything else. It's never worth your health to feel good for a few hours.

Legal: none. Legal drugs are over priced and don't do anything.

Illegal: I smoke weed every day. It's the best drug in the world because it's fun and also works better as a medicine than any legal drug. Heath ledger only died because he switch from weed to sleeping pills. I also did LSD a couple times out of bordom and it was awesome. Don't take more than one hit if you're gonna be smoking weed while tripping, that got a little too freaky.
