Change of plans...

Post by bicostp »

I decided, after getting one of the Intec "Hip gear screenpad" kinda things, to do a handheld PSone. I just need to know a few things:

1. What voltage does the PSone take in? (The AC adaptor for the Intec screen is 12V)

2. PSone milliamp draw?

3. The power regulator in the PSone knocks down the power to about 8.5V, right?

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I am the "ambitious-lazy" kind of person )

1)7.5V you can easily get away with 7.2. Less than that though and the PSone freezes when rendering polgons and stuff.
2)It draws 1200miliamps
3) No im pretty sure it knocks it down to 7.5 as thats what it uses.
People have had trouble with the screen pads but it definitly can be done. So you should search around for that.

Al Gore, could you use a different avatar? It's like some kind of derenged clone of me is wandering around. (or at least put Al Gore behind the hulk paper.) Can you even tell me where the jesus-hulk thing comes from? :P

Same thing for the rest of you avatar-stealers out there. :) ...Nightmare...

...yet.

Was his IP the same as any others?
We should limit the number of names allowed made per IP, if at all possible.

And how the hell did a guest post? Didn't Ben turn that off?

\/- Oh, that's why. (read gannon's post and did not need to post again.)

You should be happy he doesn't ban you from the internet. After all, wasn't it he who invented it? And Bicstp, he probaly stole your avatar because it is very respectful to Christians, and he wanted to show the same amount of respect. And I was wondering Bicstp, is that avatar from the Family Guy? It sure looks like it. I never heard of an avatar before I came to this site. But, I don't go to any other forums. Too bad you guys don't offer a forum charm school because I need it.

He didn't 'invent' it, he put money forth towards its development.

Your right. Al Gore's famous quote was "I invented the internet." Thats why everyone makes fun of him.
And yes it is from Family Guy. Season two I believe.

Yes, it's from Family Guy. It's the episode where Peter's boss, Mr. Weed (cennar?) dies by choking on a dinner roll.

I think May 1 or 5. Check Fox or Planet Family Guy.

Heh, technically the internet has been around long before Al Gore did anything. I never did like that tree-hugger...
