Psp DT (the ultimate psp mod)

I have been looking around and found a way to connect an external psone/ps2 controller to a psp. I want to do the same thing exept add the controller to the body of the psp so it is one unit. I am planning on adding Bluetooth, a wifi booster, two psp batteries and posibly a 16gb internal mem stick with a port also on the unit. I have found all the information I need to start this mod and will keep you all posted with pictures. I don't know how to rig up the mem stick tho so if anyone knows how or of a tut please post a link. Well I am going to start my mod.

No joke it will be nice when I get it done I will still have the r2 + l2 so when I play my ps1 backups on it it will be just like playing a psone portable

why not just put in one 3.7v battery from battery space??
it would probably cost you less money than two psp batteries as well.

I love the idea though, might do it myself!!

Attaching a Playstation controller to a PSP will not give the L2/R2 buttons functionality. That's not how it works.

well, you could use a psp go
or somehow attach the buttons to the x axis for the analog stick where L2 and R2 are on the psp.

Attaching a PlayStation controller to a PSP will not give the L2/R2 buttons functionality. That's not how it works.

I know the emulator that lets you run psx games on a psp makes the left button and the right button on the D pad L1 and R1 so i would wire it up so that when I press R1 it is really completing the circuit for the right directional button

I am going to use two psp 2200mAh batteries in parallel so instead of one battery at 3.6v 2200mAh it will be two batteries 3.6v and 4400mAh because it is in parallel the voltage stays the same. With this setup I believe i will get around 12+ hrs of battery life out of my psp instead of 6 which is why i am going to use two of them.

but, my argument is, that one 3.7v high capicity battery from battery space would be better,and you wouldnt have to buy a protection circuit for it, and you probably save space and cost by doing it as well

Ohh I did not know they made these thanks for pointing it out to me. This will help a lot in battery space... question do I want to take the board out of a psp batt and hook this one up to it instead? Thanks again!!
