the rules are simple, just rate the persons username that is above your reply. so for instance, if someone were to rate my name, they would reply with the rating and/or comment,then after someone else would come along and rate yours, thus making a chain. (no you cant rate yourself) 1-10 10 being best 1 being worst
a comment about why you chose the rating would be nice !
