You're full of it, dude. I SENT that PSP out. I wrapped up that PSP inside some of the paper...double check.

Here's what he wrote:

Did you drop the case in paypal? If it was already a claim I guess you couldn't have, but that still sucks that you have to wait. It looks like he's pulling the classic scammer's sympathetic approach, saying that he has terrible problems, and hoping that you'll let him scam you.

I can't find his number in any of the free lookups. The least expensive one that I could find was $1.95.
