Haha, zenloc never disappoints. Really amazing. Is the audio amp still working? Did you relocate it?
Re: Knight Rider PS2 Portable - Tools and Vision
audio amp is still a 100% functional. It has been relocated to fit behind the lcd. So has the vertical sync separator circuit by the way. You can't fit everything behind the lcd if you don't relocate those 2 things.
Guess what... I finally got a good camera!!! So I'll be finishing my guide asap. The one I had before was crap out of focus pic and not good enough to make a guide with.

Re: Knight Rider PS2 Portable - Tools and Vision
wow, i dont even know what might have caused something like that to happen, unless something was shorting, or maybe you had a ground wire crossed in somewhere. but either way im sorry to hear that, although it is setbacks like this that cause you to open up rethink some of your designs and improve the overall project quite significantly. i cant even think how crappy mine would be today if i hadnt had the set backs i did. so i guess its really a blessing in disguise when you think about it. when do you think you'll be able to get another system to mod??
Re: Knight Rider PS2 Portable - Tools and Vision
sounds like a short to me. maybe there was a fleck of solder or wire between two pins.
