That's extremely low. N64 portables typically start in the $500 range and go up from there.
You'd be hard pressed to make one yourself for $200.

Most of the cost is labor - the honest truth is it takes a long time to do a good job.Luigi's Mansion 2 wrote:i give the console, controller and gamecube screen (works with n64 too) how much would it be now?

$200 will get you all the parts in a box.
$500 would get you a half way good looking N64.
$700 get's you a Beauty.

Re: Looking for n64 Portable
Not what I paid. I've never seen any N64s for 7 bucks online. But maybe at a yard sale or flea market, especially if there's no cables. What I paid:snowpenguin wrote:Console- $7
Controller- $5
Screen- $50
$438
Console + Controller + Expansion Pak = $25
Screen = $35
Batteries = around $75
ZN-45 = $10? I think that's what it was....
Although I don't think that Luigi's Mansion 2 said anything about batteries or a case...
So yeah still around $440
Or $640 for one of Hailrazer's. Because he's that good.

Re: Looking for n64 Portable
Well do they come with hookups, expansion pak, and a controller? I think not.
Re: Looking for n64 Portable
if you want it to, yes. But it costs a little more.
