I wanted to keep this as a collectors item, but I need to upgrade my PC really badly. I'm only asking $165 for it, which is lower than Ultimate's retail price.

You might want to change WTS in the title to FS.

you can buy valid keys off ebay for like 10$. pirating windows always comes with problems down the line.
