how to unbrick psp

Post by bluemoon »

hi i have been reading up on this subject and there seems to be 2 ways of doing it, 1 is to lift pin 5 on the ic and i have also seen i picture of linking pin 5 to a small resistor just wondering on which option to choose as some questions on the forums seems to be about the battery not working afterwards.also could anyone tell me if im right in thinking i wont need any firmware update as im creating a pandora battery thanks :?

Option in regards to? If you're asking me what method I used to unbrick my PSP all I did was buy this battery. Just make sure that it is completely charged to get it going and make sure you have the appropriate files on your memory card. No use in trashing a good battery to unbrick a PSP. I know that there is also a device (the name alludes me but it's on their website) by Datel that allows you to convert a PSP battery into a pandora battery while allowing you to change it back into a functional battery. Just load the battery into the holder press a button and presto(!) a pandora battery. Once your done load it back on the holder press the button and presto(!) your normal battery. If you need further asistance theres tons of tutorials on Youtube that take you step-by-step on unbricking your PSP. Good luck.

And I love Blue Moon beer. It's great.
