1) How much does a ps1 screen cost in (euros)?
2) How much amps or volts does the gamecube needs to run?
3) How much amps or volts does the the ps1 needs to run?

price is about 55 - 70 euro in germany if you buy at ebay

1) No idea
2) GC needs 12V.
3) PS1 needs anything above 5V to run.

2) I'm pretty sure it runs at about 12v@1.3A, although I'm just saying that 'cause my GCp consumes about 12v@1.9A and the screen takes up about .6A, so the GC probably uses 1.3A

....try using a multimeter to measure the amperage

3) both the psone and the psone screen are consume 7.2-8v@ around .8A for the screen, I think, but I'm not too sure about the actual psone....

Psone runs on 7.2 volts.
Its about 1.8amps or 1800 miliamps for the screen and psone combined. Screen uses about .6amps so the psone uses about 1.2. See if you can buty a psone screen in the Us and have it shipped to europe cause it might be cheaper. Only problem is that you cant plug it in to the wall, but you dont want to do that do you.

waht about the NTSC signal ?

US screens use NTSC european Playstations use PAL.
