Is there a difference between -5v and +5v?

So i would use -5 volts

He was saying it takes 5v, and draws 1A. Don't even think about the amps, as long as the supply can provide enough amps, its fine. It just happens that the -5v line on your PSU can supply 1A, so its messing with you. Hook it to the +5v.
Thats assuming his initial post was right, I can't confirm that the 360's power supply outputs 5v and not -5v.
