It's not a hundred percent finished, but it works. I just have to solve a problem I'm having with the screen in this thread: http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=35445" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It's not a serious problem, but its annoying. Should be completely done in a day or two. I just took a couple of quick pics with my phone and will have some quality ones when I'm done and put it in the news section. Video as well.

I did the case with expanded PVC foam like Ben does in his cases. I couldn't find a machinist to do it for cheap so I just cut the pieces out and put them together. The air holes are harder to see since case is black on the sides and the pictures are so crappy. Right above the USB ports and memory card slots in the front are four or five rows of small holes. The back has larger holes next to the loose wiring. I played for a few hours and it stays cool enough. I was worried I'd need more.

Technically it's foam, but it behaves as plastic does generally. It's not like foamcore from the store or anything like that, it's plastic pretty much as it's pvc.
This is assuming he's talking about sintra........
It is very good for thermoforming (NOT vacuum forming) but I wouldn't recommend it for a laptop case, just cut it and use bondo or another filler of that sort to get rid of any problem areas and round off the corners a bit.
