3d beat em up game

I was wondering if anyone here could help me out. My friends and I used to play this arcade game all the time but we can't remember the name of it. It was a 3d beat em up game (graphics were like playstation or so) and the only real notable thing that distinguished it from other beat em ups was the more you got hit the more your clothes got torn off/fell off. Does anyone know what game this is?

I know that in Soul Calibur, the more you get hit, the more stuff comes off.

Nah, it's kind of an obscure game. I used to go to this arcade/ride place all the time called fiddlesticks and they had it there. I would go there to see what the name of it was but they closed down. oh well, maybe one day I'll find it again.
