If you have a RadioShack, The Source, etc store in your city, they'd sell them. ^^

When I did this project, I purchased the parts at my local Radio Shack (or The Source), both mentioned by Vort. If you do not have either store near you, a few good online suppliers of electronics are Sparkfun Electronics, Electronics Goldmine, and Digi-Key, though I'm not sure which stores accept PayPal.

Or if you don't mind buying in bulk, eBay! Like what I did when I couldn't find an 8MHz crystal oscillator to overclock my GBA, nor could I find blue LEDs. (I bought 20 Oscillators and 50 Blue LEDs off eBay.) Still waiting for them to come in. ^^

Have you checked the fuse? I bet it can be fixed with a simple solder bridge.
