Would this car screen work?

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Would this car screen work?

Yes, I looked in the "Screens you can and cannot use" sticky, but something like this doesn't seem to be there: http://zawamall.com/Car-Color-LCD-Monit ... nitor.9956
Would this be a good one for a space constrained portable? It says it has video in, but I can't see anything except that green jack.

That's a very well used screen around here. Any screen that has a composite (RCA) in will work just fine.

Then is that green thing composite? It looks like a sound jack and I don't see anything else.

Composite is yellow, like you plug into your TV. That screen will work.

EDIT: If I was you, though, I would get it off of DX as they are very trusted, never even heard of the site you linked.

Thanks a lot, I would have never found it on DX if you hadn't pointed it out. You're right, DX vs my link, I would have used DX. :D
