my first portable
well im new to this portable modding and all, so i really have no idea what im doing ( i know im a noob) i would like to make a portable genesis from a genesis 1 but i have no idea wut to buy or wut to do. i need help.

read up A LOT about it, once you've read through all the stickies, if you still don't understand part of it (likely) then ask, but without specific questions, you can't receive good answers.

Model 2 is better, because it's much smaller. You can find model 2s all the time at goodwill, or whatever your local thrift store is called. I'd make the investment to buy a model 2. It'll make your portable a lot smaller.
