Problem with memory pack wiring

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

That or try connecting the pin to the one above it.

OH MY GOSH! Is there a light green line, a trace, coming off of this pin? If so, lightly sand it until you see copper, ON THAT TRACE ONLY. Then solder there. If there is no trace com,ing from it, chances say it doesn't do anything. I like caps. Sorry.
