I haven't been here in awhile, and looking back it's one of the worst ideas I ever had. I'm back and I'll be here for awhile, I was quite active 1 year ago and I hope to become that again.

On 4/25 I entered into a purchase agreement with Kilgore. He was paid via paypal. He informed me that he was going to ship 4/28. As of now, I have not received the item. I have emailed him, PM'd him to no avail. I also PM'd Triton who staked his rep on this guy saying he was honest.

I have not heard back on the deal. If I hear back with a reasonable explanation, I will gladly change this review. If not, I will deal with Paypal.

I made an edit to the post. I've contacted Paypal. He has three days to respond. Triton isn't responding to PMs. Since he "staked his reputation" on Kilgore, I figured that at least he would try and help.

Had great deals with Shakespeare and Bibin, now I just have to send shakespeare's package. (I'm dreadfully sorry, but I have a lot going on atm) Hoorah for the ipod touch!

6/13 I received an email today from Paypal informing me the dispute was closed and ended in me getting a refund. Kilgore sent a message saying that the item was stolen from his car. :? Neither him, nor Triton informed me of anything of the sort. This could've been easily avoided if it was reported to me within the time it had allegedly occurred. It took getting Paypal involved to get any sort of response.

Sony, I dont know how to place this in the seller list. I will let you post under your discretion.
