wtb dvi to dvi monitor cable

My four year old lcd monitor died Sunday. I was at Walmart yesterday, and they had their display models on sale. I picked up a very, very cheap Dell 22 inch monitor. It had dvi connectivity but it only came with the vga cable.

Just three weeks ago, I was helping a friend clean his basement (now that I am unemployeed friends ask me for help all the time), and he had his monitor box and the dvi cable still in it. His video card does not have dvi output. He threw out the box and asked if I wanted the cable. My old lcd monitor did not have dvi input, and I thought whenever I have to buy a new one, the cable would be in the box. Out went the cable.

Now I am pissed at myself for not taking the cable. Anyone here have an extra dvi to dvi cable they want to get rid of?

hey that's funny, I pulled one of those cords out of a dumpster along with a 17 inch lcd screen and some other misc cords, all that was wrong with it was a blown fuse.

sorry though, I'm not looking to sell it, just an ironic story
