I was thinking about a 2600 portable but i dont think my vader console works. The video cable is missing, so I plugged the video cable I have for my 7800 but it doesnt seem to fit correctly. (assuming that's how the 2600 video cable works, looks like there is a plug on the motherboard, there actually isnt a lot of info on 2600 motherboards online most of the ones i find are the hacked up 4x4's)

Don't want to hack it all up and have it be for naught lol. Any pics/diagrams of a flashback 2 cut down?

Absolutely. I discussed this same issue with another contest entrant just the other day. The contest is about people choosing their favorite portable, not who is the best portablizer. Under that definition team efforts are okay. Just mention who did what and it should be okay.

I've been on the fence (because I'm a terrible procrastinator), but I'm throwing my hat in the ring! Mixed metaphors FTW!

Not sure how my first portable will fare against the offerings of our resident gods of mod, but like everyone else, I'm going to try to crack the top 10. Hopefully this provides enough impetus to get it finished, and not at the last minute at great expense.

No, Brian, even with this many participants, you'll likely have one of the best portables. The number of participants means nothing if 70% of them make hotglue/polycase abominations.
