New Metroid is the only thing that I'm looking forward to. I'll buy SMG2 and NSMBWii, but they're nothing too great.

Sony's "motion control" definitely looks lame, but looks like it could work really well, especially with how fast it reads and displays the positioning. They started off really well, but the momentum kinda slowed. Honorable mentions go to MAG, Uncharted, and GoW. Some seriously good looking games.

No PS3 price cut?? FAAAIIILLL!!!

Are you serious?

I think they actually had the best show of anybody from a gaming perspective. The PS3 has been kind of lagging behind for awhile, but now they have some excellent exclusives on the way. I just picked up Infamous (actually sullied myself by going to a Gamestop to get it) and will be getting Uncharted 2, Gran Turismo 5, and God of War 3. Plus, there are intriguing titles like MAG and the Rockstar exclusive Agent that could be worth checking out as well.

MS had some interesting stuff and Nintendo was, well Nintendo. Sony on the other hand brought the games. In the end that's what really counts.

Pretty bold prediction there.

I think anybody with an ounce of common sense could see that both Sony and MS would try to mine that well after seeing the success of the Wii. Hell, I think the motion control stuff is fairly lame but if I ran those companies I would try to get in on the action too. Why let Nintendo run away with all the money?

FOUR WORDS: NEW.LEFT.4.DEAD.

2009-2010 is going to be an awesome gaming year.
I haven't been here in awhile, and looking back it's one of the worst ideas I ever had. I'm back and I'll be here for awhile, I was quite active 1 year ago and I hope to become that again.

Well I was disappointed by the lack of a new Zelda game being launched, however I was pleasantly surprised by the New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Metroid: Other M. Received a new Mario game as expected.

Should be interesting to see how Metroid translates to the third-person 3d world; does look good.

Not a huge Beatle fan, but I have to admit that the game does look pretty cool. Given my inability to resist buying rhythm games I'm sure I will pick it up when the time comes.

Long live the Dreamcast!!!

The thing about Beatles Rock Band is that they're one of the bands that had to be dragged into the digital age kicking and screaming. Their music is reportedly near the top of the 'most pirated' list, because they were reluctant to release it on digital download services like iTunes and (the new, legit) Napster. (So no it's not just an "Apple Records" vs "Apple Computer" thing.)
