Sega Genesis to USB/Parrallel

I've heard of the SNES to Parallel, but it there a Genesis to parallel port or USB? I just got a USB game pad, and I really like it, except for the fact that there is only 4 face buttons. I would love to be able to hook up This and start playing some Street Fighter II.

Yes, I know I can buy a retroport, but that would be 20 bucks and not as much fun

This is it. Very similar to playstation and nes/snes schematic.... same diodes - 1n4148.
