i need help.............................

i broke my ps1 screen........

ok so i opened up my screen looked around and closed it . Then i tried it and it does not work (the screen flashes white and so does the back-light but only the first time i turn it on after plugging it).


yes i read posts about this but i just want to be certain i don't do something wrong for nothing.

(i did kinda hit the transformer with my screwdriver and cut one wire on the spools things....)

You may now be forced to do the LED mod, because likely you can't fix that large transformer. But it's not like the LED mod is hard or anything, just takes about 30 minutes.
