I hate how parents are getting pricey electronics for their little kids. Usually the kids have absolutely no use for them whatsoever. I knew a five year old with an ipod. Does a five year old even really know that many songs? And here's the motherload of a spoiled kid. My little sister has a seven year old in her class who has both a cell phone AND a laptop. Firs, let's start off with the phone. Who in hell is a little kid going to call? Mommy? As for the laptop, WTF? A little kid has no need for an expensive laptop. Not even really for homework even. Most kids that I have known didn't even use computers for schoolwork until they were about ten, and even then, they wouldn't need a computer, they could use their parents'.

I have a perfect solution to why many kids these days have all the expensive electronics. The little kids see a teen with a phone or laptop. The kid thinks that older kids are "cool". They think that they will look "cool" too if they have the same gadgets. So little Timmy and Grace pester their parents again and again, time after time, and then the parents crack and give them the stuff (NOT good parenting). Although, in some cases the kids only ask once and their mom doesn't want them to not be "cool", so she buys her spoiled little brat what they wanted.

screw anything designer, its only worth more because of the name, thats it. It can look ugly but because its abercrombie its all wow. Same shoes for $35 from nike for past 5 years. $4 shirts from Nike as well, and they all last longer then designer. Or just buy knockoff stuff on the street, like IPhones, Tegs, and PSPs (Premade NOACp)

(I honestly don't consider this "blogging thread" at all. This is an "express-your-feelings" thread, which helps your healthiness. )

Today I got my locker moved two flights of stairs up the school. No biggie, you say. But wait: The locker is about 33% smaller, and I had a hard time cramming all my stuff. Not only that: My old locker is next to my first class, but my new one is MUCH farther. So I have to race up, deposit my items, race down and get to class.

i get most of my clothes (about 88%) from places i've been or from things i've done i could care less for disigner clothes

Ouch... I hate spending even a little money on stuff I can't use, never mind hundreds of dollars. Sorry to hear about that.

Negative_Creep: I don't criticize people for buying designer clothes. I dislike it when they buy said clothes just because they can afford it, even when non-designer clothes are just as good and a lot cheaper. In my opinion, if you're buying clothes because of their brand, you need a lesson in what's important.

That brings me to another thing I dislike: People who care nothing for saving money and only buy the most expensive *whatever* just because they can. Even if I were a rich person, I'd still shop online and look for good deals so I know I wouldn't be overpaying, though I wouldn't worry as much if I couldn't find something super cheap.
