PSone screen question

I can't seem to desolder the peice at the top of the screen board. What should I do?

try harder....maybe try harder than anything you've ever done before...then you should get it....or just clip the leads....that would work too...just make sure none are touching

I had a hard time to. Finally I just cut the leads with an exacto knife (since the piece was to be removed and thrown away). Once cut I was able to touch the deslodering iron to the exposed end and they came right off like magic.
