Quick question
Microsoft is making much of its security enhancements, which Ms Barzdukas said makes IE 8 "hands down the most secure browser on the market."

I was just going to stick a blue one in yes. i was just wondering because the power differences are ery slight. and i could always stick a resistor in to be one the safe side.
I am much more used to working with industrial equipment that can normally get like 100v over its need voltage and it runs fine

Just make sure the LED's forward voltage is the same... this might help, but be sure to check on the LED's packaging info:

I done it and it actually game me a barely visible red.
I watered it down to much and it still does produce any blue-ish colour.
o well.
i am just going ahead and replacing the red LED with a blue one.
In for a penny in for a pound
