I'm pretty sure they dumpster dove or something to that effect to get all the computers used in it. and they didn't take them apart, they just stacked all the computers in shelves and space in series to make a powerful (at the time) computer. The website for it hadn't been updated in years, and i'm pretty sure that the computer itself was at a college. anyone know what i am talking aboot? Wiki wasn't helpful either.
What's the name of the computer created from recycled ones?

don't you go rolling your eyes at me young man!
my current surround sound system is built out of thrift store guitar amps and discarded amps. I can hear my closed door shake in it's slot, and my laptop rattle on the desk like the toaster from Ghostbusters 2 when i feel like a jerk and turn it up all the way.

and can you guess who's internal organs are going to be violently ripped to shreds after the software and hardware mutates, becomes, sentient, and thirsts for revenge?emeraldz wrote:Man that's incredible. Too think my university just junked like 200 computers and monitors to a dump just because they were old. Hell, perfectly good machines that worked flawlessly. Such a waste. such a waste.
that's right.
