Console Mod Help

I have been a fan for years and want to do some modding to really make it mine. I will be doing some case painting but want to know how to do some of the inside stuff like:

-custom led lights (outside and in)also on the controller
-overclocking switch
-new fan or additional fan
-whatever else is recommended
-maybe the pc connector
-audio connectors

I need a list of how to do each one and would appreciate a guide from you or some direction on where to find it. Please help!
