...Why? Logic says that he would want to show it off with a good game.exploding.monkey wrote:I vote NBA live '96.
I have a small selection of PS1 games. So... I'm not one to ask for it.
I'm with Sun-Wukong just because I'd vote anything to avoid a great system be unveiled with a sports game...
It's good work on the inside. I'm sure it'll look good on the out, as well.
EDIT: Scratch that. FFVII FTW! I'm with mdp872105.
Please keep an eye on my HBN64 progress.

Not decided which game yet, won't be a sports game; I have about 200 PS1 games; might do something like Blasto! or Medieval 2, Ape Escape, 40 Winks, (or a big choice of others). Will probably go for something wacky, colourful, fun and a bit unusual. May choose two titles, one to start the system off, and another one to show changing a CD and rebooting to a second one - so first one will be flashy and wacky and quick to load (no text to wade through, etc), the second one will need to have a title screen that starts quite quickly (preferably no company logo screens, straight to game title), has impact visually, and also sound.

Did this in about an hour, as I know what I am doing now: got the other joystick done; again, secured by screws in place and easily removable.

Trimmed the button down, as before, similar position, trimmed just under 1mm off the corner of the PSone screen edge; just as before.
As you see, lots of wires so far, more to follow - lots of connections. I also need to wire up the tact switches and start and select buttons too. More wiring!
Next job - fit the d-pad; the then PSone screen mobo needs "trimming".
