I think most of the people here wont make fun of you if your english is not perfect, english is also my second language and sometimes I make some spelling mistakes (let alone speaking and my accent  ), but they still are great people and they try to help you with your concerns, like Sponge "speaking" (really writing) spanish here.

So, you just have to ask and they will help you out, also if you need help with something spanish is my natal language and can also help you with english (but it is not perfect).

In English, double negatives are a positive, technically. It's not uncommon in slang to have 2 negatives be a postive. In Spanish, 2 negatives make a negative :)

Actually in spanish 2 negatives (double negation) make a positive (in the formal speaking, but people usually does not talk in the correct way).

For example, formally speaking: "NO hay NADA" means "Hay algo".

But for the common people, "NO hay NADA" means "Hay nada" (And "hay nada" would be incorrect for common people).
