xbox mod i tried to do

Figured maybe someone would be interested in seeing this. Funny thing is, a few months after I came up with and made this and put it on the web, a third-party company started making them

It's a cool mod but the xbox controllers have to ports already so I didn't see much point for it. And also for a portable xbox (iF that's what you're posting it about) it wouldn't be to great since you'd have to hook it up to a dsl connection which kind of defeats the idea of a portabel xbox. It's a cool mod though. My favorite mod for the xbox is project 411 where you can switch between 3 hard drives.

I dont have info bout it on that page, is that i had it hooked up to a double pole double throw, so you turn the comm unit off and use the port regularly.

Funny I thought the one on Xbox-scene where a guy put two USB ports in the controller (replaced one MU port) was better then is one.

Ouch. lol, i dont care. It was really just something for me to do. And to further explain what I was saying before, I hard wired the comm expansion pack unit to the port on the inside of the controller, but i put the 5v and gnd or w/e USB is into a double pole- double throw switch, so i could put sumthing else in the expansion port, making the controller have memory card, memory card, and comm unit all at once.

Nice mod, I like it because it's creative, you haven't just copied what someone else has done, nice job. I'd love to see an Xbox controller with a little speaker in it and a mic coming out of the top for you to speak into, that would be great for Live.

That actually could be down, jus doing my mod and taking it farther, with one of those team speaks, or all custom made by the way. Thnx for the compliment on bein original
